万锦市中小企业中心（Markham Small Business Centre）的精英专业团队将于6月17日（星期二）在Markham Executive Offices举办“商业合同分析讲座”让大家有机会了解合同法的基本条例，商业合同中最常出现的错误，租赁条例细节等等其他议题。专家们会以真实案例对问题进行细致分析与讲解。届时演讲嘉宾会有R. John Moore和Wilson Vukelich (LLP) 。

Anatomy of Common Business Contracts: Understanding the Basics of Contract Law

Learn about common clauses found in commercial contracts and why they are there, together with a review of some specific terms found in leases, non-disclosure agreements, service agreements, licenses, and distribution agreements.

Guest Speaker: R. John Moore, Wilson Vukelich LLP

John acts for clients in a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, including start-ups, financings, mergers and acquisitions, divestitures, corporate reorganizations, licensing, and other general commercial matters. John has advised clients in many industries, and has been involved in sophisticated transactions dealing with information technology and intellectual property matters. John is also registered with the Canadian Intellectual Property Office as a Trade-mark Agent in Canada.

Prior to joining Wilson Vukelich LLP, John practiced at a boutique corporate commercial law firm in downtown Toronto.

John is a former Director of the Markham Board of Trade and the Unionville Home Society. He regularly gives presentations on business law topics to select groups of business owners and executives.
